Eddie and Matt were both here. Matt did a thorough inspection of my furnace and discovered that I have rusting and a CO2 leak from my furnace. Eddie was contacted to explore possibilities for repair or replacement. My furnace is rather unique because it's small and in a condominium and it took Eddie a while to find a replacement. I have to say that I was impressed. Both Matt and Eddie did. Matt was very thorough and conscientious in determining the safety of my furnace, and Eddie was persistent and locating a replacement, which was rather difficult. He delivered the rather bad news in the kindest way he possibly could. I give both Eddie and Matt five stars in my deepest appreciation for their work.

Grant was on the scene by 10 AM
Surprise: went to take my morning shower—cold water. My water heater had died. I called Wolcott at 0715 since they did a great job installing a new water main line when my 72-year-old galvanized pipe broke. By 10 AM, Grant was on the scene. It was a complicated job, requiring a new gas water heater and removal of a non-functioning recirculation pump. Very meticulously, Grant installed, connected, and tested the new system. He also installed a safety strap, not present with the old heater. When I'm in need of a plumber, I'll return to Wolcott.
