Troy did the most amazing and thorough seasonal maintenance and minor repairs (and surge protector installation) I have experienced in my 7 years as a homeowner.
None of this "oh I don't keep those in the truck, let's schedule another appointment." Their warehouse had what they needed waiting for him, and he was back to finish the job in no time. As someone who works for a living, not having to take another day off for a small missing thing is huge!

I had a notification from the water meter reader that I have a possible water leak. That explained my surprisingly high water bill. I called Wolcott Plumbing on Friday morning and they put me on the schedule for Friday. Two techs arrived at 4:30 p.m. They found the problem was a leaking toilet. I had tried but wasn’t able to find the cause myself. I approved their quote to replace all the parts inside the tank. They finished the job the same day. I have peace of mind my next water bill will be back to normal. I felt the cost was very reasonable. The quoted service call fee was applied to the repair, making it very reasonable.

My mother-in-law had a blockage in her sewer pipe that caused it to back up into the shower when the toilet was flushed. We called Wolcott and he arrived within an hour, and had the pipe cleared and everything working within a couple of hours. He even cleaned up the shower of the foul waste, which was tremendous help. Diego was very pleasant, efficient, and explained everything, including video from the camera showing why the pipe became blocked. We would definitely recommend their services.
